PURPLE PANDA NURSERY NORBURY

Our Norbury setting occupies a large Victorian property close to the High Street and Norbury Railway Station. We have a 100-foot garden for all of our children to play and exercise in on a daily basis, which is incredibly important to us.

Our Rooms

We have a Baby Unit on the first and second floors of our main building. The Toddlers and Pre-schoolers occupy the ground floor in two separate, adjoining classrooms, and our Tots occupy another building – Bamboo House – in the nursery grounds.

Our Team

Our team is led by Anthony, who is supported by a deputy head, an assistant head and four room managers. All of our team members are Level 2 and Level 3 Early Years Educators, and some have Qualified Teacher Status. Many of us have been working in childcare and education for over 10 years. We also have an onsite chef, who makes nutritious meals for all of us.

Our curriculum framework, is the Early Years Foundation Stage. Education and first-hand experiences are central to everything that we do, and we educate the children through fun activities, which ignite their curiosity, creativity and problem-solving skills. We follow their interests when we devise lessons and activities for them.
